Shipping+ Returns Policy

Moor Threads is a print on demand company. We print in house and use outsourced manufacturers for a portion of order fulfillment. All orders come with FREE SHIPPING in the United States and are processed within 3-7 business days. At this time, we do not accept exchanges or refunds on orders. 

Please Note: all sales are finals and orders cannot be canceled or changed after being placed.

 If your package is marked as "delivered" per USPS (or any other carrier,) we cannot be held responsible for stolen or lost packages. Please file a complaint with the carrier.

What if my order is defective or returned to Moor Threads LLC?

We want all of our family to be happy with their products but sometimes things do happen. If your product is defective upon receiving it, or the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us. Please contact us at  moorthreads.cs@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery. Items reported after this time frame will not be valid for a replacement. 

What if I receive an incorrect item?

If you have received an item that you did not order, please email us at moorthreads.cs@gmail.com so we can resolve this for you.

Orders returned due to an insufficient address are subjected to reshipment fees. Due to every product being fulfilled as it is ordered, reshipments cannot be canceled or refunded. Please note, additional time is required for reshipment.

Moor Threads also reserve the reserve the right to ship items separately should an unforeseen delay come from one of our third parties.

Please note: when the package leaves our facility, the customer assumes all responsibility for their package.

Moor Threads is also not responsible for the refund or reshipment of any packages for the following circumstances:

  • if your order is returned to sender for an incomplete address. (please double check your address when placing your order.)
  • shipments lost during the parcel process.
  • stolen shipments
  • returned or held shipments due to the incorrect address or addresses deemed undeliverable.

If for some reason your package is not delivered, please first follow up with your local postal service. moor threads strongly encourages you to contact the USPS and file a claim with your assigned tracking number.

We reserve the reserve the right to ship items separately should an unforeseen delay come from one of our third parties. Moor Threads Skincare products are shipped separately from our apparel. This is even if apparel and skincare products are ordered together.
